I always was bothered by the Domino server console program (the Java thing) showing up a list of servers to connect right at startup. As the console offers the organization of servers to connect like the admin client does I thought this feature is obsolete - but didn't figure out how to deactivate it.

Maybe I should have found it before as it is really obvious: just open the menu "Edit" and navigate to "Auto Connect...". In the dialog just uncheck the option "Auto Connect Enable" - done.
