Stuff that works: Withings Body+ smart scale

I am late to the party using smart health gadgets. I am using Apple Health to track my health conditions for a while now, the Apple Watch almost constantly attached to my wrist. One of the metrics I didn't track was my weight. I've seen reviews of the device I want to introduce to you but I just recently grew extended interest for it. Since this device was discounted now on Amazon, I grabb [...]
The end of an era
Friday, September 1, 2023 at 12:00 AM UTC
Today marks the end of an era and also a new beginning for me. After more than 8 years in the We4IT family, including the subsidiary Nintera for the past 17 months, I am starting my new (but old) job at MEKO-S who acquired Nintera.

Thanks for this info, Notes buddy.
Directly following the next cryptic message:
Okay, let's check the directory permissions (this is a Linux based machine) - all good so far. I also can create new datab [...]
Again Apple proves that Homekit is the most unreliable smart home service
Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 9:42 PM UTC
All of the sudden, again the Home app stopped working after months of happiness. Reddit is full of this problem for years, the most recent I found is this: https://www.reddit.com/r/HomeKit/comments/14hzcq3/homekit_no_response/
Out of the blue all my devices are not responding - although they work perfectly fine in their corresponding apps. Event native Homekit stuff such as Hue or Vocolink [...]
